Arica Brown is a Triangle-based program strategist who helps organizations turn good ideas into scalable impact. She has partnered with state agencies, international nonprofits, and local organizations to design high-performing programs and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth. With 14+ years across education and nonprofit leadership, she combines strategic insight with deep operational expertise.
